I am a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in NY and MA with practice in both the USA and UK. Certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
I began my practice in 1995 and have had vast and varied experience in clinics, early intervention. hospitals, schools, preschools, nursing homes and privately in NY, MA, VT, CT and the UK.
In 2001, I worked in Hastings, England as both outpatient voice specialist and pediatric specialist for a clinic and special needs school. I returned to England in 2003 to work with John Rubin, leading ENT consultant and surgeon at London’s Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital with Voice Clients and children at the Nuffield Centre for Dyspraxic Children. Once back in the Hudson Valley I opened a private practice office in Kingston, NY November 2003 and relocated to Accord, NY July 2009.
Workshops I Have Presented
In the US and UK I presented training workshops to families and colleagues on various Speech-Language and Voice topics: Integrating Speech and Sensory, Understanding Your Sensory System and Learning Ways to Focus, Calm and Balance through Brain Gym and Sensory Integration, Maintaining a Healthy Voice, Business Success for the Business Voice.
